Photographers caught the reality TV star, 33, leaving a laser surgery office in West Hollywood, Calif., with an ice pad pressed against her forehead.

Ouch! The Kendra On Top star looked to be recovering from some work on her forehead as she pressed what appeared to be a small ice pad to her forehead.
Wilkinson divorced husband Baskett, and is feuding with her mother.
Her brother Colin recently told RadarOnline.com that he was "not sure" what they were all doing" for the holidays -- during the family feud.
