“If they find proof that Robert was directly involved in her death, then he should be charged!” she said.

Natalie died on November 29, 1981, at the age of 43, when her body was found floating near the yacht “Splendour,” off of California’s California Island. She and Wagner had been entertaining Christopher Walken on the boat.

Wagner has admitted to arguing with Christopher that night, but his attorney, Blair Berk, insists he has “fully cooperated” with police and they never labeled him a suspect.

Lt. John Croina of the L.A. County Sheriff’s homicide division told The ENQUIRER Wagner should step up and submit to a full investigative questioning — and Lana does too. If he “is innocent, then he has nothing to fear,” she said.

Natalie’s case was reopened in 2011. The next July, they changed the cause of death on her autopsy report from “accidental drowning” to “drowning and other undetermined factors."
