Duchess Wars! Meghan & Kate Fake Smiles At Royal Reception Amid Feud

What feud? Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton put on their most royal fake smiles when attending an event together this Tuesday, March 5, amid their bitter feud. The Duchesses acted cordial as they greeted guests at Buckingham Palace but seemed to avoid each other — to no one’s surprise. The reception marked the fiftieth anniversary of the investiture of the Prince of Wales. Also present were Prince Harry, Prince William, Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, with whom Meghan, 37, is also rumored to be feuding.

At the event, the pregnant Duchess of Sussex looked stunning in embossed white and gold dress and an elegant white coat by Amanda Wakeley. She paired the look with beige Paul Andrew heels and a clutch bag by Wilbur and Gussie. Her hair was up in her signature messy bun.

Harry, 34, and William, 36, looked dapper in their usual suits and blue ties, and Kate, 37, wore a teal bishop sleeve dress. Throughout the reception, Meghan and Harry socialized with attendees and showed sweet PDA, while Kate and William stayed out of the spotlight and very far from the former Suits actress. Meghan Markle is intent on fulfilling her royal duties, despite the fact that she is feuding with nearly everyone at Kensington Palace! This Tuesday, the mom-to-be looked happy and unfazed while attending an official reception with frenemies Kate Middleton and Duchess Camilla, 71.

While Kate chatted with attendees, Meghan cuddled up to Harry, who royal insiders claim is too love-struck to notice her diva demands.

During the event, Meghan — who is still estranged from her father and most of her extended family — was caught cradling her baby bump. RadarOnline.com readers know she and Harry are set to welcome their first child, a boy, this Spring.

Excited to start their own little family away from Harry’s relatives, the two will be moving to Frogmore Cottage this March, at least one month before Meghan’s due date.

The new parents recently announced that apart from getting their own home away from the palace, they will also be splitting court with William and Kate, in order to pursue their own projects. They will even be separating their royal staff, weeks after Meghan lost her third aide!

Apart from her ongoing fights with Kate and Camilla, RadarOnline.com recently reported that Meghan is also feuding with Prince Beatrice, whom she did not invite to her baby shower!  Extending an invitation to Beatrice, 30, would have not only been considered a sign of respect, but “would have helped prove to the world that there’s no beef between Meg and the blood princesses of the family,” an insider said. But Meghan didn’t see a reason to fake it for the cameras, especially when Beatrice has been a royal snob to her!
