'Teen Mom' Baby! Ryan's Wife Mackenzie Is Pregnant Nearly One Year After His Rehab Stint

Ryan Edwards and his wife Mackenzie are going to be parents again! Nearly one year after the Teen Mom OG dad completed a stint in rehab for heroin abuse, RadarOnline.com can exclusively confirm they're expanding their family.
In a preview for next week's Teen Mom OG, Mackenzie holds up a positive pregnancy test. Ryan is father to son Bentley, 9, from a previous relationship with Maci Bookout, while Mackenzie is mother to son Hudson, 4, with ex-husband Zachary Stephens.
Multiple sources have exclusively confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the 21-year-old is pregnant with her first child with Ryan. A source told RadarOnline.com she is in the early stages of her pregnancy, as she "does not have a bump yet."
On last week's episode, Ryan and Mackenzie discussed welcoming a baby. "I'm ready when you're ready," he said. "But I don't think I'll ever be totally ready!"
But Ryan's mom Jen showed concern on this week's episode, as she advised them to wait until her son is completely confident in his sobriety.
As readers know, Ryan completed a stint in rehab for drugs when he was caught on camera falling asleep at the wheel while driving to his May wedding.

Ryan has also been feuding with his baby mama Maci over custody of their son Bentley. Maci refused to let their son go to his home until he passed a drug test. Maci later agreed to let his parents supervise his visits with the 9-year-old.
