Ryan Edwards' Drug Test Results Revealed! Has The 'Teen Mom OG' Dad Remained Sober?
Dec. 13 2017, Updated 1:03 p.m. ET
Maci Bookout refused to let baby daddy Ryan Edwards see their son Bentley unless he passed a drug test on Teen Mom OG. A source close to the dad exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that Edwards has been sober from drugs since leaving rehab.
"He did take a drug test and passed it," the insider told RadarOnline.com. "He's taken several and passed them. He's seven months sober this month."
Although Edwards left rehab before 30 days, the insider revealed he has been completing an outpatient program.
"Everyone is blown away by how well Ryan has been doing," the source said. "His family and friends can't imagine how hard it is for him to fight his addiction every day."

The insider added how Edwards has been doing well because he "wanted help." "Mackenzie gave him an ultimatum," the source said. "She didn't leave when things got tough. She chose to stand by and support him."
Edwards entered rehab after he was filmed falling asleep at the wheel and slurring his words while driving to his wedding with his then-fiancée in the car. Although he was high on Xanax in the scene, he admitted on a recent episode that his drug of choice was heroin.
On this week's episode, Bookout refused to let Edwards see their 8-year-old son until he passed a drug test. "Given the events of the last several months, it's going to be necessary for me to ensure Bentley is not put at risk," Bookout texted Edwards. "I'm going to need you to pass a drug screening, hair and urine, at my expense immediately prior to you taking him for a visit."
