Kardashian, 38, hid her head in shame after her Oct. 6 outing that left her more than a little red in the face.
“Kourtney’s skin looks much worse than it actually is,” NYC-based dermatologist, Dr. Doris Day, who has not worked with Kardashian, told Radar.
“It appears she had a treatment, such as a laser peel or chemical peel,” noted Day, author of the new book Beyond Beautiful.

Day also said Kardashian’s skin doctor “did the right thing” when he made her apply a greasy moisturizer to her forehead.
“This helps protect the skin during the healing process,” explained the skin expert.
Laser peels should be done dermatologist who is trained in this type of aesthetic procedure, recommended the skincare expert.
Kardashian “is at the perfect age for this type of treatment,” said Day, since “it lowers the risk of skin cancer and improves aging skin.”
