“Kourtney is sticking religiously to the body plan, and according to her calendar, it’s time for her butt lift!” a source told Radar.
“Kourtney doesn’t want to patch herself up as she goes, like other Hollywood stars,” the source explained.
Instead, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality sister “wants to take pre-emptive measures.”
And Kardashian, 38, refuses to take any chances with her derriere. “Her butt is her pride and joy,” revealed the source.
