Former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jim Marchese attacked the LGBTIQ community in a disturbing days-long social media rant. Now, Marchese’s former co-star Joe Gorga is slamming him exclusively to RadarOnline.com.
Marchese, whose wife Amber appeared on season 6 of the Bravo show, tweeted on December 9, “So true NO STRAIGHT MALE wants his son to be gay. A gay son is a curse that takes away your #family traditions #heritage. #LGBTIQ is a parent’s nightmare that destroys families. Ruins holidays like #Christmas.” He added the hashtag, “#LiberalismIsAMentalDisorder.”
Then on Tuesday, he tweeted, "For those pushing #LGTBIQ agenda show me a single credible study which links genetics. Being gay is a physical act derived in sexual deviance by definition. No one is born gay it is a lifestyle choice like being vegan. Get over it. You are.”
Gorga exclusively told RadarOnline.com of the comments, “That’s what makes him shallow! He’s an embarrassment to the show, especially with that comment. I’m happy he’s off the show.”

He then added of his two sons with wife Melissa Gorga, Gino and Joey, “If my sons were gay I would embrace them and love them!”
Bravo reunion show host Andy Cohen also slammed Marchese. “Thank gd is right,” he tweeted. “Sick. Pray for his poor kids.” He added, “This is perfectly on brand for him.”
Marchese was labeled the villain of season 6. In April 2016, he was arrested for felony domestic violence after an airplane fight with his wife at Los Angeles International Airport. He reportedly grabbed Amber’s throat and threatened her. He was pulled off the flight before takeoff. Two days later, the couple denied domestic violence, claiming it was “some heavy PDA.” Marchese was never charged.
