Jane Fonda has sold her ultra-modern Beverly Hills mansion for a whopping $8.535 million! With that kind of pocket change, Fonda, 80, can afford to buy the most palatial replacement home. Click through RadarOnline.com’s gallery to see more photos from inside and outside her real estate goldmine.
In 2012, Fonda paid $7.3 for the property, giving her a profit of over $1 million!
Fonda didn’t make as much on the deal as she had wanted, however. The actress originally listed the Beverly Hills home for $12.995 million.
The mansion boasts unparalleled views of both the Pacific Ocean and Los Angeles.
Fonda’s former home had 7,100 square feet of living space — more than enough for her to live in comfort.
The chef’s kitchen is ideal for the property’s new owners to hone their culinary skills.
The combined living and dining room area would be perfect for a family to spend time in together.
Fonda’s former home comes equipped with several living room areas to relax and unwind in.
The home boasts an expansive and modern master suite.
There are five other bedrooms in the mega-sized home.
All of the bathrooms on the property are large with expensive finishes.
Fonda had plenty of bathrooms to choose from when she lived here since the home comes equipped with six of them!
The mansion sits on an impressive 36,000 square-foot lot.
Fonda said she and her former partner, music producer Richard Perry, “must have looked at more than 30 houses, and the day we pulled in through the gate. I took one look at this house and I knew. I just knew! This was the place where we could live very happily.”
