Gwyneth Paltrow is single and ready to mingle! The 42-year-old mother to Apple, 11, and Moses, 9, may seem like she hasn’t aged a bit and there is a good reason why. Top plastic surgeons (who have not treated Paltrow) tell RadarOnline.com exclusively that they suspect the Iron Man actress has had plastic surgeries recently. According to top plastic surgeon Tony Youn, M.D., “Gwyneth’s face looks softer and more youthful than ever before.”
“I suspect that she may have had a few small tweaks from plastic surgery,” Dr. Youn tells Radar.
“Her lips appear to be fuller, possibly due to injections of Juvederm,” Dr. Youn adds.
“Her wrinkles are also smoother, possibly due to a combination of Botox and Restylane injections. Overall she looks great,” Dr. Youn, who has not treated Paltrow, tells Radar.

Celebrity aesthetic specialist Zara Harutyunyan, D.O.M., R.N., with Cosmetic Rejevenation agrees with Dr. Youn’s estimate of Paltrow’s face, but also adds, “It looks like she had volume replacement on cheeks with the help of dermal fillers such as Juvederm Voluma XC.”
“She may have also had Sculptra for volume loss in the lower and lateral cheeks,” says Harutyunyan, who has also not treated Paltrow.
