Matthew Perry endured a torrid time on Friends and after the show came off the air in 2004. Lisa Kudrow played wacky Phoebe Buffay on Friends. But she suffered through bullying at High School and had to get a nose job. After becoming famous in Friends she continued to struggle with the way that she looked.
David Schwimmer played hapless Ross Geller on the sitcom. But after he found fame his love life never took off. He married British artist Zoe Buckman in 2010 but the couple announced in April that they were 'taking time apart.'
