Thanks to her social media presence, the ins and outs of her often dramatic life were available to the public. Evans’ tweets were incredibly enlightening and entertaining. The tweets also provided a true connection between her fans and the mother of Ensley Jolie Eason, Kaiser Orion Griffith and Jace Vahn Evans. If anyone questioned her parenting techniques, she was as fierce as could be — don’t poke mama bear or you get those claws!

In fact, fellow Teen Mom franchise alumnus Mackenzie McKee once tweeted that she wouldn’t dare get on her reality TV colleague’s bad side because her “clap back tweets are life, and no one could ever compare.”
As she announced her departure from the social media platform — a favorite of hundreds of millions, including the President of the United States, Donald Trump — it seemed like a great time to look back and scour over Jenelle Evans’ Twitter account to reveal the most pointed and spiciest tweets from the always electric Evans.
1. A Tanning Takedown
Evans once took to Twitter to share her opinion on her haters. According to her, they have had little impact on her. She tweeted, “Keeping hating, I’ll be tanning while ur sitting on a computer researching my life.”
2. Cross Chick-fil-A Off Evans’ Favorite Food Lists!
Guess the Teen Mom star is not a fan of the chicken fast food chain. Someone on social media had posted that they had seen her in a Chick-fil-A. Her reply?
3. Twitter Newlywed Kicks
Back in January of 2013, six weeks into her marriage with Courtland Rogers, a tweet-storm erupted. Evans wrote that her month-and-a-half nuptials were over. “I am getting a divorce, ASAP,” as reported by OK! The source of their feud stemmed from Rogers being nowhere to be found when Evans believed that she was having a miscarriage. For his part, Rogers claimed that he was in Michigan visiting the grave of a dear friend. Her response, “U can f--k me over, I f--k harder." She dragged her young son, Jace, into the Twitter tirade. “It’s sad when yr son asks u why someone hurt u … Wtf do u say OMG," she tweeted. Then, she seemed upset that this issue between man and wife was shared with the world. “So sad how all this drama is all over the web," she tweeted.
4. Verbal Volley With Amber Portwood
Whether on the Teen Mom franchise’s shows or on social media, it is hardly a secret that Evans and Amber Portwood do not get along. This particular tweet represents the feud between the two.
5. Wondering Why Kim K Is Famous?
This tweet might be an example of the pot calling the kettle black, but in one single tweet, Evans took on the Kardashian’s most famous daughter. Ever wonder why Kim Kardashian is famous? Evans did as well.
6. Going After Leah Messer
The Twitter war between Teen Mom stars Leah Messer and Evans was epic. It really escalated when Evans accused Messer of being a bad mom. That would upset any mama! Messer responded by informing her costar that she should focus more on her kids than on her personal attacks on social media. Evans then responded, “Never knew stating facts on Twitter was attacking people.” Among those ‘facts’ was that Messer’s kiddos were being taken care of by their baby-daddies. Messer allegedly had issues with prescription meds in the past, per Us Weekly. That article pointed out that Messer could be seen on Teen Mom 2 slurring her words and falling asleep during shooting. Messer took to Twitter and stated that she believed that Evans should focus on her own issues.
7. Getting Fierce With Fans
DAILY. BREAKING. CELEBRITY NEWS. ALL FREE.
Evans is no stranger to interacting with her nearly two million Twitter followers. One fan tweeted, “I don’t know if you’re trying to convince us or yourself that your life + relationship is perfect.” The Teen Mom star then clapped back with the tweet, “Lmfao I have nothing to prove to anyone so idgaf what you think or how you perceive me or my life anymore.” So, Evans … how do you really feel?
8. Getting fierce with fans, part two
One of Evans’ fans went so far as to say that the reality TV star’s kids should be given to other folks to raise. Someone poked the mama bear and that resulted in this stunning retort, reported in Us Weekly, that ended with “opinions are like (expletive), everyone has one.”
9. Battling Cheyenne Floyd
As reported by OK!, in early July of 2019, Teen Mom OG star Cheyenne Floyd served up a volley and then went fiercely back and forth on Twitter with Evans. It was drama with a capital “D.” The former Teen Mom 2 star had made some comments about fellow reality TV star Portwood after she was arrested. "Jenelle should be the last person 'throwing shade' … hate when people kick a person when their down," Cheyenne tweeted. "I stay out of everyone’s drama but I am sorry that irritated me... anyway back to positive vibes." Days later, Floyd was at it again. "Coming from the real racist, dog killer, abuser and honestly the most unstable individual I’ve witnessed.. GREAT STATEMENT.. get custody of ALL your kids and stay out of court before you talk about me." Then, Evans pulled out the “you’re not a real Teen Mom OG” card. "Always including yourself in someone else's drama. I'm surprised even Maci Bookout would engage in that. You act like I'm scared to talk to you? Don't talk to me. You're just a replacement," Jenelle wrote. Floyd retorted back with a tweet that likely closed the door on this battle. "And you're fired... soooo?" After all, Evans was fired from the series for her husband’s homophobic remarks and those allegations that she and her hubby killed their dog. It was something that would later be retracted.
10. Still relevant?
Evans seemed to find great amusement with the fact that she had been fired from the franchise that made her famous. From where she was standing guess she could say, “hmm.”
11. Kailyn Lowry v. Evans
For two days straight in August of 2018, Teen Mom 2 costars Kailyn Lowry and Evans took to Twitter as their fight firmly escalated. As Us Weekly reported, the whole feud started when Evans joined a Twitter string that was mad that Lowry got together with Javi Marroquin after things between him and the ladies’ costar, Briana DeJesus, dissolved. Marroquin is the ex-husband of Lowry, so it is not completely out of left field. The tweet was ultimately deleted but had said, “Soooo try to make some other chick jealous by giving your body away again to your ex?” Then she followed that with a slew of hashtags such as, “Ew. #EnoughSaid #NoMorals #NoStandards #JustAThought.” Then, it was Lowry’s turn. “Awe, Jenelle’s trying to come for me again … that’s cute. What’s up boo?! @pbandjenelley_1.” Then, she moved it up a notch and stated, “your man loves you so much he shared a photo of you spread-eagle for the world to see. Run along.” Followed by this, “Someone with what? 5 engagements, multiple abortions, 20+ mugshots, doing drugs on national television, etc. can’t come for me. Have a great night.” Evans responded the following day, “Just keep bringing up my past acting like it’s current. How many times are you going to repeat yourself? We all know my past. I’ve changed and strive to continue that way … but others choose to remain raunchy. #RantOver.” Putting things in perspective was Teen Mom 3 star McKee, who added on her Twitter account, “I will never get on @KailLowry bad side or piss her off. Cause her clap back tweets are life and no one could ever compare.”
12. Dog Death?
In May of 2019, scandal swirled around Evans and her husband, David Eason. The frenzy centered on allegations that Eason had shot and killed the family dog, as reported by RadarOnline.com Online. Evans first tweeted, “Everyone just please leave me be right now, I don’t need any more fucking drama!” The next tweet landed minutes later when she denied that she “ran away from home” after her husband allegedly shot their dog, Nugget (a French bulldog). She added, “still don’t know what happened at my house. Please stop making up rumors.” RadarOnline.com Online learned from a source that there was a “frantic” call to the Columbus County Sheriff’s Department in North Carolina. Authorities were dispatched to Evans’ residence. “A call was made today, and it was relayed that the woman’s husband had killed her dog,” a spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Department told the publication. “The Sheriff is out there right now investigating.” RadarOnline.com Online reported that the distress call was made by a “male,” i.e. not Evans. Us Weekly stated that Evans’ husband was supposedly responding to Nugget nipping their toddler daughter, Ensley. Evans later tweeted, “Until I speak about a situation don’t assume a damn thing about me.” Later, she took to Instagram to post that Nugget was no more. “Nugget… I’m crying every day. I love you so much and I’m so sorry. You were my side kick and knew the moment I felt bad and would cuddle with me. Every day I wake up you’re not here, when I come home you’re not here, when I go to bed… you’re not here. You’re gone forever and there’s no coming back. #Heartbroken #Distraught” Then, things got really weird in July of 2019 when Evans admitted, according to ET, that she had made up the entire shooting incident. Why? Publicity.
13. The Ambiguous Tweet
On July 5, 2019, Evans — perhaps coming off a reflective Fourth of July — posted a mysterious tweet.
14. Evans Dropped The Mic
August 2019 saw, for now, what appeared to be the end of Twitter rants from Evans. Why? According to Evans, as reported by In Touch Weekly, it stemmed from fan backlash, the very folks who made her famous. In hindsight, one may wonder why it took so long. As posted above, Evans is no stranger to having attacked after her fan base when they critiqued her. She confessed to battling depression and that fighting internet trolls and having to defend herself and her husband continually just proved to be too much.
