Chilling Call
In the 911 call exclusively obtained from Columbus County Emergency Services, Jenelle, 27, called authorities on December 23, 2018, only two days before Christmas Day.
So Scary
"My husband is freaking out," a terrified sounding Jenelle told the operator. "He's outside freaking out. He's smashing our front door trying to get inside."
Crazy David!
Jenelle then told the operator that she's "in the attic." "My daughter is in the bedroom sleeping," she said of Ensley, 2. "He said I locked him out and took his phone. He was outside looking for his phone. He got upset over an article. You can hear him yelling. He's outside smashing stuff."
Armed
When the operator asked if David has a gun, Jenelle responded, "Yeah he does, he has a gun. He broke my front door, I don't how it looks. I'm in the attic."
Is Ensley Ok?
The 911 operator seemed concerned that Jenelle was in the attic while their 2-year-old slept in her room alone. But Jenelle assured her she could see the toddler's room from where she was.
Domestic Violence History
The call came two months after Jenelle called the police on David. "My husband he just assaulted me. He pinned me down on the ground in the yard," she cried in the October call. "I think I heard my collarbone crack. I can't move my arm." She later denied abuse, claiming it was a drunken misunderstanding.
Caring Husband?
On the same day as Jenelle's call, December 23, David phoned authorities himself asking for a welfare check. "I have a David Eason calling for a welfare check on his wife," the dispatcher said to the 911 operator. "He said she's not answering her phone or texts. He's in Wilmington County. He wanted us to send the information because he's driving. He said he's worried. He called 2 to 3 times. She's on Facebook."
Bad Move
In April, David, 30, shot and killed the family dog Nugget for nipping at Ensley. The killing resulted in the firing of Jenelle from Teen Mom 2.
CPS Nightmare
CPS then removed their daughter Ensley, 2, Jenelle's son Kaiser, 4, with ex Nathan Griffith, and Maryssa, 11, David's daughter from a previous marriage, from their care. Jenelle's mom, Barbara, was ordered to stop Jace's visits with Jenelle.
Jenelle’s Hell
A judge ordered the four children to remain with their guardians in May. "The judge told Jenelle that she failed to protect the children while they were in her care," the insider told RadarOnline.com.
Bombshell Testimony
"The judge heard testimony that David and Jenelle were constantly screaming and arguing, and the children were terrified," the source explained to RadarOnline.com. "CPS described the state of the home as horrific. It was filthy, and there were holes in all of the walls."
Shocking Video
After a court hearing on Tuesday, June 4, Jenelle got into a brutal fight with Barbara, which RadarOnline.com caught on camera.
