RadarOnline.com readers know Affleck, 46, recently relapsed — which led longtime girlfriend, Lindsay Shookus to dump him and move out. While he tried to drown his pain with beer, the star couldn’t make it one week without his ex coming to the rescue.

On Wednesday evening, disturbing photos obtained by RadarOnline.com showed Affleck looking disheveled as ever while riding in the back of estranged wife Jennifer Garner’s car.

“Ben was a mess. He was talking but you couldn’t understand what he was saying,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com, adding that a teary-eyed Garner, 46, had to drag Affleck back to rehab for the third time!

While shocking, Affleck’s downward spiral may have been a longtime coming in the eyes of some fans. After getting dumped by Shookus, 38, he immediately retreated back to his womanizing ways and was even caught going on several hot dates with 22-year-old Playboy model Shauna Sexton.

The two were even spotted celebrating his 46th birthday together last week, and were pictured showing PDA this Sunday when leaving the actor’s house after a date.

Unfortunately for him, it seems that even his much-younger lady has had enough of his boozy antics.
