‘90 Day Fiancé’ Star Jay Splits From New Girlfriend, Spotted With Ex Ashley Again

Another 90 Day Fiancé couple has called it quits.
Jay Smith moved on from estranged wife Ashley Martson with new girlfriend Kayla O’Brien. But Kayla exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that they have called it quits.
“We were happy, we always had a good time together,” Kayla exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “We didn’t fight, we still acted like best friends.”
But Kayla explained how she “always did way more for him" than he did for her.
“Deep down, I think he is a good person, but he’s just lost,” she explained. “He was just moving on his own motives and I had mine as well. We’re different people, who value different things.”
She added, “He’s a mess. I wish him peace.”
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Jay, 21, turned himself into authorities on July 3 after a warrant was out for his arrest. The warrant stemmed from violating a Protection From Abuse Order that Ashley filed against him on July 1.
The Jamaica native was taken into ICE custody in York County Prison and faced deportation. He was released after spending a month in custody.
Despite the PFA, Jay was spotted at the same event as his estranged wife over the weekend.
“God help him if he’s messing with Ashley again,” Kayla said. “All I can think of is all the hard work to reverse the damage. There’s a current PFA. If she turns on him again he’s so f**ked. I don’t know why he would put himself in that position… I feel sorry for him.”
When asked if she believes he was with Ashley during their relationship, she responded, “He was loyal for a period and good to me for a period, but that’s all I want to say.”
Although the romance ended in heartbreak, she explained how it was a learning experience.
“I am proud of myself to have loved him and done what I did for him,” she said of her support during his legal troubles. “Regardless of if he appreciates it now or not… he needed me and I will always be that person. Anyone I love will have unconditional love and support and he can’t take that from me.”

Rocky Romance
The drama between Jay and Ashley started when he was caught talking to another woman on the hookup app Tinder just one day after their Las Vegas wedding.
First Divorce
Ashley filed for divorce from Jay in January 2019 after 8 months of marriage. She withdrew the petition nearly two weeks later, as the two had reconciled.
Second Divorce
Ashley filed for divorce for a second time on April 23, 2019. According to the Cumberland County Clerk of Court, the divorce remains ongoing.
More Cheating
On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Ashley learned Jay cheated on her in a barbershop bathroom. The second cheating scandal is what forced her to file for divorce again.
Cops Involved
But the two continued to fight, as he was served with the PFA on July 1 and was arrested on July 3.
Risky Romance!
Despite the PFA order, the two were spotted together at an event over the weekend. The Cumberland County Clerk of Court could not confirm to RadarOnline.com if the PFA order is still in place.
Girlfriend’s Help
Jay’s now-ex Kayla launched a GoFundMe Page on July 4 to help free him from immigration detention. The fundraiser reached $4,468.
Mistress?
Ashley accused the two of having a relationship since January.
