'90 Day Fiancé’ Star Ashley Admits Jay Cheated Again, Files For Divorce A Second Time

90 Day Fiancé star Ashley Martson put on a brave face at a New York City event on Thursday, April 25, only days after filing for divorce from her husband Jay Smith. In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Martson admitted her husband cheated again.
It’s Over
“I filed for divorce,” Ashley, 32, said while promoting Hemp Garden’s MASK launch. When asked if he cheated, she responded, “Yes, it was on his end.”
Cheating Scandal
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Jay, 20, was busted talking to another woman on hookup app Tinder only one day after their Las Vegas wedding. “I don’t think I ever got over it,” she said of the first time he was unfaithful.
Hope?
Although she claimed Jay “doesn’t want to” get back together, the option isn’t off the table. “I don’t want to say never,” she said. “But I don’t think so.”
Hanging In There
When asked how Ashley and her children from a previous relationship are handling the split, she responded, “We’re trying to get through it.” He has moved out of their Pennsylvania home.
On His Own!
As for Jay possibly getting deported, she admitted she “didn’t file paperwork with homeland security.” “I don’t care what he does,” she said. “I didn’t file the proper documents so I’m not responsible for him.”
Caught On Camera
Their divorce will air on the upcoming season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, which premieres Sunday, April 28. “The season is crazy,” she said. “There is a lot of drama. You’ll see everything unfold.”
Making It Official
The Cumberland County Court in Pennsylvania confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Ashley filed for divorce on Tuesday, April 23.
Not The First Time
Ashley initially filed for divorce from Jay in January after 8 months of marriage. Two days later, she was hospitalized for kidney failure, as she suffers from Lupus. Jay was by her side in the hospital. She withdrew the petition nearly two weeks later.
More Infidelity Claims
But Ashley may not be innocent in the situation. Jay accused Ashley of cheating on him in December 2018. “Fyi: for everyone coming at me. I wasn't the only one who was 'talking' aka 'cheating' with other people during our relationship/marriage," he wrote on his Instagram story.
