When a new boss takes over they naturally want to bring in their own staff which is why the former staff at The Wendy Williams show are desperate to prove their loyalty to new boss Sherri Shepherd.
“Everyone is sucking up to Sherri and her team so they can keep their jobs. They are all desperately trying to prove their loyalty to Sherri,” insiders tell RadarOnline.com. “At the moment they are saying that the entire Wendy staff will be transferred over to Sherri’s show, but there is no way Sherri isn’t going to want to bring in her own people and replace them.”
Insiders add that Sherri has already made a major change bringing in her own executive producer and friend, Jawn Murray, to serve alongside Wendy’s longtime executive producer David Perler.
“You can’t blame Sherri this is her show now and she is going to put her own stamp on it. Wendy liked shady people and folks that could be mean girls, Sherri is much kinder than Wendy and doesn’t like drama,” adds a pal. “When her show debuts in September expect to see a lot of new faces, both on-air and behind-the-scenes.”

Eagle-eyed fans have noticed how careful former Wendy staffers have been on social media saying goodbye to their old long-time boss. “They want to be respectful of Wendy, but don’t want to piss Sherri off.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Wendy is watching all this from the sidelines ready to take action against her former producers in court.
We're told the legendary entertainer is furious with the decision to hand her show over to Sherri. Our sources tells us, "She is considering legal action again her producers and is also deciding on what to do about Sherri Shepherd."
"She is considering legal action again her producers and is also deciding on what to do about Sherri Shepherd. Sherri was supposed to be a friend filling in for Wendy while she was sick, but instead, Sherri stabbed Wendy in the back. If anyone thinks Wendy is going to disappear without a fight they are a fool."
Immediately after producers announced Sherri was taking over, Williams' estranged rep Howard Bragman released a statement stating she was grateful to the team. However, hours later, a statement claiming Bragman had no authority to speak on Williams' behalf appeared on her new personal Instagram account.
Bragman has since questioned who is behind the Instagram and asked Williams to give him a call to resolve things.
