Vanessa Trump has told Tiger Woods he must abide by her non-negotiable rehab rules to avoid being dumped, according to new claims.
RadarOnline.com can reveal the golf legend, 50, will shortly be leaving the U.S. to check into a treatment centre.
Desperate For Woods To Change His Ways

Vanessa is desperate for Woods to change his ways.
He chose a rehab facility outside of the U.S. amid privacy concerns, which was appreciated by his girlfriend.
However, after flipping his car last Friday and subsequently being arrested for DUI, Vanessa, 48, is desperate for Woods to change his ways and will have to abide by her rules if he wants to have a future with her.
A friend told The Daily Mail: "She had specific criteria.
"This has to be a real rehab: doctors, counsellors. Obviously there's a big physical component... these are prescribed drugs for legitimate pain and sleeping issues. This isn't meth. So this has to be doctor supervised. It's pain management gone awry.
'Fix This, And Fix It Permanently'

Vanessa has set a hard line for Tiger to follow.
"But she set a hard line: Fix this, and fix it permanently. She's not like other girlfriends. She required it and it was non-negotiable.
"And he loves her and wants to be with her, so he is willing to do it."
Vanessa is adamant the treatment Woods will be must be from a legitimate rehab center — not a "bulls--- country club."
The source continued: "She's not looking to send him off to bootcamp, but the rehab has to be tough love. It has to work. Long-term.
"Vanessa gives one chance for this stuff. This is it. She won't do this again."
Woods Is In 'Good Hands'

The golfer has found a rehab center which will suit his needs, according to a source.
A second source confirmed Woods has found an appropriate facility where he’ll be in "good hands."
The insider said: "He found a place that can help him. It's got all the criteria he needs. I won't get into specifics, but it's a good thing. He'll be in good hands.
"And he really does want to get better. He wants to be the best dad, the best boyfriend, the best man. He will be fine."
Woods is charged with misdemeanor DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test after allegedly declining to submit a urine sample to police.
Although he passed a breathalyzer test at the scene of the crash, officers said he was traveling at "high speeds" and "showed signs of impairment" after climbing out of the passenger window of his wrecked vehicle.
Woods also admitted to handling his phone at the time of the crash, according to police.
It was his fourth car crash in recent years.

Woods' crash has concerned Vanessa's ex-husband, Donald Trump Jr.
RadarOnline.com recently told how Woods' DUI arrest has concerned Donald Trump Jr, given the golf legend's relationship with his ex-wife.
The former couple, who share five children, remain closely aligned on co-parenting, and the recent incident has reportedly sparked unease behind the scenes.
Despite the situation, Don Jr. is said to remain supportive of Vanessa's relationship with Woods, particularly when it comes to their children.
"He's just thankful Vanessa and the kids weren't involved," a source told People, adding that he "knows Vanessa can make her own decisions" but that they continue to operate as a "team" when raising their kids.
However, a conflicting report from TMZ suggested otherwise, with insiders claiming nothing about Woods' situation has "set off alarm bells" and that Don Jr. is not worried about the sports icon being around his children
