Trump Claims He Doesn't 'Talk Much' to His Children — After Prez Skipped Don Jr.'s Wedding and Called Barron Melania's 'Little Boy'
Donald Trump doesn't talk much to his kids these days it seems.

Donald Trump has pulled back the veil on his relationship with his children, RadarOnline.com can reveal, claiming he doesn't really speak to them all that often.
The president spoke with Punchbowl News reporter Jake Sherman on the show Fly Out Day and was asked about his family's controversial crypto business.
Trump on Kids: 'I Never Talk to Them About Things'
Trump, who once referred to son Barron as wife Melania's 'little boy,' claims he doesn't talk to his kids very much.
After Sherman noted that several Democratic lawmakers have sought to "limit" the family's "ability to conduct crypto business" while Trump is president, the 80-year-old claimed that crypto is "very important."
He then continued, "I do it, very simply, because we can't let China have it or Japan have it. Other countries really want it, and we dominate in it. So, to me, it's very important. But they want to do a bill, and in the bill they want me to be different than everybody else..."
"So you're against that, it would sound like?" Sherman asked, to which Trump responded that he does not "mind putting it in a blind trust."
"I don't run my stuff anyway. I let my kids run it, and I never talk to them about things," the president claimed.
Trump Bails on Son Don Jr.
The lack of communication comes despite co-founding a crypto company with sons Eric an Don Jr (above), as well as Barron.
The politician added, "... They’re not involved in government. I don't talk to them about government. I don't talk to them about much, other than to say, 'I love you, kids.'"
Trump's critics were quick to call out his "false" comments, as one person on social media wrote, "Yeah right... The guy couldn't be bothered to go to his own kid's wedding. He doesn't do love. He never has."
In May, the former reality star skipped his eldest son's wedding in the Bahamas, as he had previously explained,"(Don Jr.) would like me to go, but it's going to be just a small, little private affair. I'm gonna try and make it.
"I said, 'You know this is not good timing for me. I have a thing called Iran and other things,'" he added, referring to the war in Iran, and noted, "That's one I can't win on. If I do attend, I get killed. If I don't attend, I get killed – by the fake news, of course."
Barron Trump the 'Little Boy'
The 80-year-old was mocked for apparently forgetting Barron is his son, too.
Trump noted at the time, "But he's with a person I've known for a long time, and hopefully they're gonna have a great marriage." However, despite bailing on the wedding, Trump attended Game 3 of the NBA Finals in New York City as the hometown Knicks lost with him in attendance.
Critics continued to call out Trump for his new comments to Sherman, as one user asked, "Does Barron look like he's ever heard his dad tell him he loves him?" and another quipped, "'I love you, kids.' ... Even Melania’s son."
Earlier this year, Trump left critics baffled during a White House event on Mother's Day, where he labeled his wife, Melania, an "incredible mom," before referring to his 20-year-old son as her "little boy who's quite tall."
He said, "He's a little boy to us, but he's quite tall. And he's great. She takes great care of him."

"He seems to keep forgetting that Melania's son is his son," a critic blasted at the time, as another quipped, "Hallmark really missed out not hiring this wordsmith to write all their Mother's Day cards."
Barron's siblings, Don Jr., Eric, and Ivanka, are all the kids of Trump's first wife, Ivana, while daughter Tiffany's mother is Marla Maples, his second wife.
Despite claiming he barely talks to his kids, Trump's children have apparently made millions off his presidency. Trump is reported to have raked in $800million from World Liberty Financial, a company he co-founded in part with his sons.
