Tristan Thompson's alleged baby mama Kimberly Alexander is tearing into the NBA star after a judge shut down his request for a default judgment.
On Wednesday, Alexander decided to get petty about the situation on her social media. She posted a screenshot of a news story talking about Mr. Khloe Kardashian's defeat in court. She wrote, "DENIED🤪 Now let’s get to the bottom of what’s really going on Khloe Kardashian."
She added, "And yes I tagged her and what???"
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Thompson is currently suing Alexander for defamation. He claims she ruined his reputation by falsely claiming he was the father to her son. The woman publicly accused him of being a "deadbeat dad."
In court, Thompson claims he already took a DNA test which showed he was not the father to the kid. Alexander says the test was done improperly and has been demanding he submits to a second test.
The Boston Celtics star says the claims made by Alexander have tarnished his good name. He believes he lost out of lucrative endorsement deals due to companies being hesitant to work with him.
His lawyer wrote, "Alexander turned to social media and falsely accused Thompson of sabotaging the DNA test results in order to avoid his parental responsibilities, and she falsely stated that Thompson is the father of her son and she claimed that Thompson has been “neglecting” the child since birth."
"Alexander further falsely accused him of manipulating and sabotaging the DNA test results, which has a significant detrimental effect on Plaintiff’s career as a professional athlete and brand endorser," the suit read.
The alleged baby mama has blown off the lawsuit for several months despite being served with the legal papers. She claims to have had trouble coming up with the cash to hire a lawyer.
Due to her failure to respond, the on-again-off-again boyfriend of Khloé asked the court to grant him a default judgment in the amount of $100,000.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the judge presiding over the case denied the request for a default judgment. Apparently, there were issues with the way the motion was filed. Thompson's team has to amend the motion and resubmit it to the court.
It didn't take too long for Alexander to rip Thompson over the court's decision. She wrote
