Tory Lanez Fighting ‘Love & Hip Hop’ Star Prince Over Medical Records In Court Battle Over Alleged Miami Nightclub Assault
Tory Lanez is demanding a judge force Love & Hip Hop star Prince to prove he suffered damages from their 2018 fight.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the pint-sized rapper is accusing the reality star of refusing to turn over his hospital and medical records.
Tory says his lawyers have requested Prince turn over the documents along with any emergency room records that back up his claim he suffered injuries.
Prince has objected to the demand arguing Tory is trying to get his hand on stuff that is irrelevant to the case at hand. A judge sided with Tory and ordered the VH1 star to produce the documents by the end of today.
Back in 2020, Prince aka Christopher Harty sued the rapper over the alleged assault. He claims Tory and his entourage beat him up inside LIV nightclub in November 2019.
Prince said he was hanging out inside when Tory started verbally assaulting him and then proceeded to swing at his head. The reality star claims Tory’s security team got involved and started punching, kicking, and beating him. The assault was caught on camera and leaked to the media.
In court, Prince said he has no idea what happened or why he was assaulted by Tory and his team. His suit claims he suffered blunt force trauma to his head, neck and chest.

The suit says he dealt with multiple contusions and bruises to his body. Prince is seeking unspecified damages for the incident. Tory has yet to file an answer to the lawsuit, but Prince accused him of assaulting him again earlier this year.
The incident went down at Vendome on South Beach in May 2021 at 4 AM. He claims Tory approached him and hit him on the side of his face.
Prince filed a police report claiming Tory ran out of the club before he could get to him. He has yet to add additional claims over the recent assault.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Tory is also facing a lawsuit over an alleged hit-and-run in Miami. The plaintiff claims the rapper allowed an unknown driver to use his Range Rover. The driver is accused of causing a three-car collision and then fleeing the scene.
Tory has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
