Soulja Boy Denies Assaulting Ex-Girlfriend & Causing Her To Miscarry Their Child, Demands Lawsuit Be Thrown Out
Soulja Boy denies assaulting his ex-girlfriend so badly that she miscarried their child and demanding her lawsuit be thrown out of court.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 30-year-old rapper is asking a court to dismiss the case brought by his longtime lady.
In May, his ex, using the pseudonym Jane Doe, filed a civil lawsuit against Soulja in Los Angeles Superior Court. In bombshell court documents, she accused the Turn My Swag On rapper of years of physical and sexual abuse.
Doe says she had been in a long-term relationship with Soulja where she experienced multiple incidents of assault. His ex said Soulja, "threatened her life and engaged in other forms of domestic violence during and after they lived together."
Doe described one alleged incident where Soulja viciously attacked her. She says they were verbally arguing when he began “to punch” her “in the “face and chest, until she could no longer stand on her feet.”
Her lawyer said, “His punches caused her to fall to the ground, where she curled her body in to protect her stomach and used her hands to cover her head.”
Soulja reportedly continued kicking his girlfriend “all over her body, particularly in the stomach.” Doe claims she suffered a miscarriage from the alleged attack. In a separate incident, in 2016, Soulja allegedly pulled a gun on his then-GF and threatened to take her life.

Doe also says her ex coerced her into providing sex through threats of violence. She is seeking unspecified damages. In his response, Soulja denies all allegations of wrongdoing.
His lawyer writes, “With respect to all causes of action, even if someone is liable for improper or illegal conduct, a fact which Defendant denies, Defendant is in no way or manner vicariously liable for that conduct.” Soulja also claims that any alleged action that his ex has issues with she consented to at the time.
In court documents, Soulja claims the “willful, intentional, deliberate, malicious and fraudulent conduct of others was/were responsible for and proximately contributed to the damages alleged to have been sustained.” He is asking for the entire case to be dismissed.
He is asking for the entire case to be dismissed. In 2020, Soulja was sued by another ex-girlfriend named Kayla Myers.
She accuses the Crank That rapper of having her tied up with extension cords and assaulted at a 2019 house party. He denies all allegations of wrongdoing or that he instructed his bodyguard to force his ex to give him oral sex in exchange for being released.
Myers claims to have suffered 3 fractured ribs and a bruised face from the alleged attack.
She reported the incident to police who raided the rapper’s home and found guns. The guns triggered a probation violation in a separate case causing Soulja to be hit with a 240-day jail sentence. He was released early due to good behavior in July 2019. The lawsuit is still ongoing.
