Larsa Pippen hasn't pulled the trigger on her Real Housewives of Miami contract and RadarOnline.com has learned, Scottie Pippen could be the deciding factor.
Sources tell us, Larsa's famous NBA ex doesn't want her to join the Peacock reboot; in fact, he doesn't want her to be in Miami at all. RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Scottie Pippen is "trying to force" his estranged wife back to Los Angeles with their two minor children -- Justin, 16, and Sophia, 13.
Larsa has been in Miami for more than one month fueling rumors she's joining the RHOM cast and while she has been offered a contract, RadarOnline.com is told she has yet to add her John Hancock, partly due to her ex.
"She's been dealing with a lot because Scottie is trying to force her back to LA," our insider told us.
RadarOnline.com has also learned Justin and Sophia have been with their mom enjoying the warm weather in the Sunshine State.
Scottie and Larsa have four kids together. Scotty Pippen Jr., 20, plays college basketball for Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and Preston Pippen, 19, plays basketball for Sierra Canyon in Los Angeles, so they are not part of the equation.
Scottie Pippen's feelings could be in part due to recently losing his oldest child.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Antron Pippen passed away last month. He was 33 years old and the only child from the NBA star's first marriage to Karen McCollum.
Although Scottie did not say the cause of death, he did pen a heartfelt tribute to his son. "I’m heartbroken to share that yesterday, I said goodbye to my firstborn son Antron," the star wrote on April 19.
Sharing their bond over basketball, Scottie revealed Antron suffered from "chronic asthma."
Despite being at odds with Scottie over RHOM, Larsa mirrored her ex's emotional message and penned one of her own in memory of Antron.
Larsa's RHOM decision isn't the only reason the star's making headlines. Romance rumors swirled after some eye-raising PDA pics surfaced showing her with tattooed hunk Myles Kronman, but RadarOnline.com has learned the two aren't dating.
"They’re just friends and have never dated," our source says, adding they both share mutual friends and are often around each other.
