The Game is set to have a big hit on his hands when his track with Kanye West is released — but the woman who accused the rapper of sexually assaulting her is likely to seize the money.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kanye recently hooked up with the Compton-born rapper to record a new song called My Life Was Never Eazy.
The hype surrounding the song is growing after a snippet was leaked featuring Ye trashing his estranged wife Kim Kardashian's new boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
Kanye is heard rapping, "God saved me from the crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson's ass." The "crash" is a reference to his 2002 car crash that almost took his life.
The Game shouldn't get too excited about seeing the majority of his share of the song's profits. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, a woman named Priscilla Rainey is owed $7 million from the rapper stemming from a court judgment.
In 2016, a jury awarded Rainey the massive judgment following a trial that The Game blew off. In her suit, she accused the rapper of sexually assaulting her on the set of his VH1 reality dating show She’s Got Game.
Rainey testified that while on a date with The Game he "forcefully" reached his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.
Rainey has been trying to collect on the money for years. In recent court docs, her lawyers revealed they have only been able to collect $293,902.29 and $7,375,551.25 is still owed. The Game has publicly claimed he has no plans on paying Rainey and has been accused of creating shell companies to hide his money.
Recently, Rainey had a judge sign off on her seizing his income from the app Cameo. The Game was pulling in thousands making custom videos for fans and having the money sent to companies he created. Rainey demanded the money be turned over to her and the judge agreed.
The judge also warned The Game, "Failure by Defendant to comply with this Order may subject him to contempt of Court proceedings.
Once the track with Kanye is released, Rainey will have to head back to court to file new documents over the profits.
