A judge has granted Perez Hilton permission to see his three children, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
The gossip blogger, 48, is now allowed to visit the kids as long as he's supervised by a therapist or family member "agreed by both sides," after his mom, Teresita Lavandeira, was given temporary custody of Mario, 13, Mia, 11, and Mayte, 8.
Perez 'Voluntarily Consented' to the Request

Perez's mom Teresita Lavandeira now has custody if his children.
The arrangement will stay in place until Perez and his mother agree to another set-up, or a court orders otherwise.
Responding to Teresita's request for temporary custody, Perez's attorney Natalie Guerra-Valdes said: "My main concern and objective, as well as the family's, is to protect the children and make sure they are safe."
"We want them to have some sense of normalcy as they begin their journey of healing after the tragic events that occurred last week."
According to court documents, Perez "voluntarily consented" to the request as he continues to receive medical care.
Recovering in Hospital

The gossip blogger is still receiving treatment for injuries.
Perez is currently recovering in hospital after going live on TikTok and appearing to self-harm. Clips quickly began to spiral, showing Perez without clothes on and covered in blood in the middle of what authorities have since categorized as a "suicide attempt."
Deputies with the Miami-Dade County Sheriff's Office responded to his Florida home after receiving multiple calls from viewers who witnessed the livestream.
The deputies later confirmed that Hilton — who was not initially identified publicly – had been "safely recovered and transported by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue to a local hospital, where he is receiving medical attention."
Severe Depression Crisis

Perez voluntarily sought hospital treatment just weeks before a suicide attempt.
As Radar previously reported, Perez, whose real name is Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr, is said to have been struggling with a severe depression crisis and voluntarily sought hospital treatment just weeks before a suicide attempt left him facing a lengthy physical and mental recovery,
Speaking to the The New York Post, his sister Barbara Lavandeira said: "He told us that a few days earlier, he had felt empty, hopeless and like he was a burden on everyone.
"He then admitted that one night when he couldn't sleep, he had taken the remaining painkillers from his surgery in March. He said he just wanted to sleep."
Lavandeira added she praised her brother for having the strength to disclose how badly he was struggling but urged him to seek specialist psychiatric treatment.

Perez is lucky to be alive.

A source told Radar in an exclusive interview: "What Perez's family are saying is that her son is or was in a deep depression crisis."
Hilton agreed and was taken to a hospital voluntarily.
His condition initially appeared to improve following treatment, with Hilton spending time with his family and researching coping strategies and grounding techniques.
Lavandeira said: "That weekend, Mario seemed so much better. He looked better, too."

The controversial star has three children.
Hilton returned to his regular therapy sessions on August 3 and completed an intake assessment for an intensive outpatient program the following day.
He was expected to begin group therapy the next week. But later on August 4, Lavandeira became alarmed after her brother locked himself inside his bedroom and stopped responding to her.
She said: "August 4 will forever be one of the darkest days my family and I have ever experienced."
