Ozzy Osbourne’s Daughter Aimee Sues Neighbor Over Invasion Of Privacy, Mom Sharon Tried To Mediate

Ozzy & Sharon Osbourne’s daughter Aimee is suing her neighbors claiming they have made her life hell for months.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, Aimee – along with Michael Guarracino who is the trustee of her Bossy Trust — are suing Christopher and Caroline Belhumeur.
The suit accuses the defendants of intentional infliction of emotional distress, trespass, invasion of privacy and various other counts.
“Ms. Osbourne is an extremely private person. She chose to live in a house on a dead-end street in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood specifically because of the privacy and quiet surroundings expected from living in that location.”

She says “key to the value” of her home is the view of Los Angeles which could be seen from the home’s outdoor deck area and windows in multiple rooms.
Aimee claims her neighbors have hired contractors and vendors to perform loud construction work out her home for the past several months. She accuses them of also hosting large scale events with valet.
The suit says the noise has been constant and vendors have made “inappropriate comments to Ms. Osbourne and taunted her pet dogs through Ms. Osbourne’s fence.”

Further, she claims the neighbors planted two large trees outside that obstruct her views. Aimee says her mom Sharon addressed the issues of the trees with Mr, Belhumeur and he agreed to cut them back.
"Defendants will continue to cease a nuisance that disturbs Ms. Osbourne and others residing in the neighborhood, prevent Ms. Osbourne's quiet enjoyment of her home, cause Ms. Osbourne emotional distress, and decrease the financial value of Ms. Osbourne's home," the suit reads.
She accuses the couple of breaching the deal and not cutting them back. Aimee says it all has caused her severe emotional distress.
Aimee is suing for unspecified damages and demanding the court order the neighbors to cut down the tree, stop working outside of permitted hours and cease blocking her driveway.
Aimee has stayed away from the limelight ever since her family appeared on their MTV reality show. She refused to appear claiming she was uncomfortable with the attention.
