Nick Cannon's Baby Mama Alyssa Scott Spotted For First Time Since 5-Month-Old Son's Death Following Secret Brain Tumor Battle
Nick Cannon's seventh baby mama Alyssa Scott bravely made her first outing, days after the talk show host revealed they lost their infant son.
The model looked stoic in the first photos since the passing of 5-month-old Zen. Dressing down in jeans, a white jacket, and a light blue top, Scott was seen grabbing coffee and taking her three-year-old daughter, Zeela, to school in Chino, California.
Pulling her hair back in a tight ponytail, Scott kept her head down while walking back to her car after class drop off. She did not interact with cameras during the outing.
Meanwhile, Nick never left work.
Last week, the 41-year-old tearfully announced Zen had passed away from a brain tumor only days prior. He told his audience on The Nick Cannon Show their son had been struggling with a secret health battle, and said they had known his diagnosis for some time.
He revealed things took a turn during Thanksgiving. Nick and Scott spent their son's last moments on the beach watching the sunset.
Before Zen's death, Nick brought all his baby mamas together to reveal Zen's secret brain tumor battle before his death. Every woman that Nick has fathered a child with showed up, except Mariah Carey.

"Once he learned, he was quietly dealing with it. We talked about it, the whole family did," Nick's dad James Cannon told The Sun. "All of his children and baby mamas got together in San Diego in September, all of them apart from Mariah
"I didn't quite understand before why he was bringing all those mothers together, all those children," James stated. "That's when he explained the situation, it was a simple conversation, he said, 'This is what we're dealing with, it's tough.'"
Adding, "It was a sad day but they didn't want to make Zen's illness the focus, they wanted to spend quality time together."
Scott was "quiet" during the meeting. "It has been very hard for her, those long nights, she's been all in. And we've all prayed. They really treasured their last moments with Zen," James said.
Zen was Nick's seventh and youngest child. He is also a dad to twins, Moroccan and Monroe, 10, who he shares with Mariah. Nick also welcomed Golden, 4, and Powerful Queen, 9 months old, with Brittany Bell, and another set of twins, Zion and Zillion, three months old, who he shares with DJ Abby De La Rosa.
