‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Lala Kent’s Fiancé Randall Emmett Sued For $281k Over Unpaid Rent, Days Before Explosive Breakup
Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent’s estranged fiancé Randall Emmett is facing serious legal issues amid his nasty breakup.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the B-movie film producer along with his company Randall Emmett/George Furla Productions were sued by their landlord, 8200 Cardinal Associates.
The suit, filed on October 1, accuses the defendants of breach of lease. The landlord says Randall and his company signed a lease for an office space on Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills in 2017.
Randall took over a portion of the third floor and agreed to pay $17k a month. 8200 Cardinal Associates says Randall and his company have failed to make the rent payments and then vacated the offices without notice in March 2021.

The landlord says they are owed $281k in unpaid rent and other charges. Further, the suit says the original lease didn’t expire until June 30, 2021.
The company is seeking an additional $55k for April, May and June, despite Randall having already booked it. The landlord also accuses Randall and his business partner of using the company funds for their own individual purposes.
The suit also claims the partners used their production company as a mere “shell” and they disregarded legal formalities. The landlord says the defendants used their company as an instrument to “perpetrate a fraud upon Plaintiff.”

The suit is seeking in excess of $336k in damages plus attorney’s fees. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, earlier this week, Lala broke off her 3-year engagement with the film producer amid claims he was living a “double life.”
Over the weekend, Randall was spotted out and about in Nashville with a couple of unknown women. Photos made their way online showing the producer inside a hotel lobby with the strangers.
A source told Page Six, “Randall always lives a double life. He lives the life of a husband or boyfriend, and then he lives the life of a serial partier and then goes on a bender.”
Lala recently moved out of the home she shared with Randall and into a Beverly Hills hotel. The Bravo star and Randall have been engaged since 2018. Randall was previously married to You star Ambyr Childers. They finalized their divorce in December 2017.
