Kylie Jenner Cries About Having To Testify Twice In Rob Kardashian/Blac Chyna Court Battles

Kylie Jenner is furious that she is scheduled to take the stand twice in a matter of months as her brother Rob Kardashian fights his ex-fiancé, Blac Chyna, in court.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, Kylie — along with her sisters Kim & Khloé & mother Kris— are back in court demanding Rob & Chyna’s dueling lawsuits be consolidated.
Chyna is suing Rob accusing him of leaking her private photos as revenge. She also accuses the Kardashian/Jenner family of spreading lies that she abused Rob to have E! cancel her show Rob & Chyna — which the network ended up axing.

She believes the family cost her millions. Her lawsuit is headed to trial in April and is expected to last two weeks.
Rob is suing Chyna over an alleged assault that went down in December 2016 at Kylie’s home. He accuses her of trying to choke him with an iPhone cord and hitting him with a 6 ft. metal pole.

Chyna denies ever touching Rob and claims videos taken of him the day after the alleged attack show him with no bruises, injuries, or marks.
Kylie is a named witness in both trials. Chyna wants to grill her about the security cameras at her home. She claims no footage was ever turned over from the alleged assault as part of the court case.
Chyna also wants to grill Kylie about her brother’s gun collection. Rob also wants to call her to the stand in the assault lawsuit to talk about things she claims to have witnessed.
In her new motion, Kylie says having two trials would not only screw with her busy schedule but argues the cases involve the same facts and similar issues.
In addition, Kylie points out the heightened COVID-related health risks believing being in court twice would be risky.
Chyna argues if the trials are consolidated the Kardashian/Jenner family would have a total of 8 attorneys in the courtroom and social distancing would be difficult.
A judge has yet to rule on the matter.
