Blac Chyna is calling out her ex Rob Kardashian for being unable to produce any video footage of her alleged attack on him at Kylie Jenner's house.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, the 33-year-old model dropped a bombshell as part of Rob's case against her over an alleged incident that went down on December 14, 2016.
In his suit, Rob claims Chyna was intoxicated when she physically attacked him following a verbal altercation. He claims his then-fiancé tried to choke him with an iPhone cord and chased him around striking him with a 6-ft metal pole.
Chyna claims the incident never happened and has been fighting to have the suit dismissed for months. In her recent filing, she is fighting Kylie, Kim Kardashian, Khloé, and Kris Jenner over their attempts to avoid being deposed as part of the case. They claim to have already been grilled under oath as part of Chyna's lawsuit against Rob and the family.
Chyna says this is nonsense and is demanding they sit for another round of questioning. She claims they have information that is relevant to the case that wasn't asked in the previous depo.
In the filing, Chyna then dropped a bombshell claiming Rob claims Kylie had security footage inside the home at the time of the alleged attack. However, she says no footage has been turned over as part of the case.
"Plaintiff Rob Kardashian testified that there were security cameras inside Kylie Jenner’s home that apparently would have captured the alleged assault and battery. To date, not surprisingly, Plaintiff has failed to provide any security camera footage to corroborate his outlandish lies surrounding an alleged “attack” with an iPhone cord and a 6-ft. metal pole by the Defendant, his 5’2” then-fiancé," her motion reads.
Chyna wants to grill Kylie under oath about the existence of the alleged cameras and where the footage could be. She believes no such footage exists but wants that to be said on the record.
A judge has yet to rule on the matter.
