Josh Duggar has been released on bond after spending days locked up following an arrest on child porn charges.
According to jail records obtained by RadarOnline.com, Duggar is no longer an inmate at the Washington County Jail in Arkansas. He was let freed after a judge determined he is not a flight risk.
During the hearing, investigators presented testimony detaining Duggar's alleged child porn collection. An officer from the Department of Homeland Security said Duggar possessed over 200 images of naked minors and child sex abuse material. The children in the images were as young as 5 years old.
Duggar pleaded with the court to let him out of prison while he awaits trial. He says he hasn't fled the state despite knowing he was under investigation since November 2019. At the time, federal agents executed a search warrant at Duggar's workplace. The agents claim he asked if they were looking for child pornography.
The reality star also admitted to knowing a TOR browser was on his computer which allowed access to the dark web.
The judge ordered Duggar is to wear a GPS ankle monitoring device to make sure he stays at an agreed-upon location. The former TLC star is set to live with his father Jim Bob's church friends, LaCount Reber, and his wife Maria.

Duggar is prohibited from going back home after his release. He will not be allowed to have contact with any minors or possess any electronic devices with access to the internet.
The court told Duggar he will not be able to see his six children unless Anna agrees to let him near them. His wife didn't have any problems letting Duggar continue living with their children despite the investigation that lead to his arrest being launched in 2019.
In the weeks before his arrest, Duggar's sisters allowed their children to be around him at his house during a gender reveal party. The family reportedly told federal agents Duggar suffered from porn addiction.
Duggar's lawyers seem ready to fight the entire case. They have already started accusing agents of possibly violating his constitutional rights during the search of his property.
