See Shocking First Images Of Josh Duggar In Jail After Being Arrested On Child Porn Charges
Josh Duggar was arrested days ago on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography and now, shocking new images have surfaced showing the former 19 And Counting star moments after being taken into custody.
The 33-year-old pled not guilty to child porn charges on Friday during a virtual hearing. According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Duggar is being accused of downloading child sexual abuse material with some showing children under the age of 12.
He was allegedly in possession of such material in May 2019.
He has been charged by indictment with two counts of receiving and possessing child pornography. Duggar faces up to 20 years in prison and $250,000 in fines on each count if convicted.
In the first look of Duggar inside the Washington County sheriff's office, the disgraced TLC star is seen in handcuffs. Wearing baggy jeans and a white long-sleeved shirt, police opted to cuff his hands in front of his body instead of behind.
The footage shows multiple cops leading him into the jail for booking. Once inside, they remove Duggar's handcuffs and he patiently sits on a bench while waiting for instructions.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Duggar is not allowed visitation as he sits in jail where he has been ordered to remain until his detention hearing on May 5. A judge made it clear that if a bond is granted, he will need to "live in a home without minors."
That could be a problem considering Duggar is a dad of six with another one on the way.
Despite the terrifying charges against him, his wife Anna Duggar is "standing by" her man and has no plans to file for divorce, according to reports.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, prosecutors want the court to order Duggar to turn over all electronic devices -- including his computer and cell phone -- used to store the alleged child pornography if he's found guilty.
Prior to being taken into custody, his father Jim Bob "warned" the rest of the Duggar tribe about Josh's "imminent" child porn arrest and told them all to pray for Anna.
