Josh Duggar Accused Of Deleting Child Porn Off Computer But Feds Found It On Hard Drive
Josh Duggar is accused of downloading over 200 images of children being sexually abused and the feds claim they found it all because he failed to properly wipe the disgusting material from his computer.
According to a recently unsealed transcript from Duggar’s bond hearing, obtained by RadarOnline.com, the prosecutors informed the court of their investigation.
It all started after an Arkansas police officer, who was investigating crimes against children, became aware of the material downloaded from the IP address that went back to Duggar’s car lot.
The officer handed off the investigation to Homeland Security who took it from there. They were responsible for obtaining the search warrants of Duggar’s business. They were able to retrieve an HP computer and iMac laptop which they claim possesses the child pornography for which Duggar is charged.
The hearing, which went down in May, had the government arguing for Duggar to remain behind bars while his team pleaded for his release. Eventually, the judge decided to let the former reality star out on bond but ordered him to avoid coming into contact with children.
However, during the hearing, the government was able to reveal a ton of facts about the case and what they found. The federal agents says after they seized Duggar’s computer, they examined the data.
They claim to have found a ton of recently viewed items that had been deleted but were not wiped from the hard drives.

The investigator was asked, “Did analysts locate any of the child pornography images that you were referencing in the “unallocated space” of that device?” The agent testified that they found 200 images that were flagged “as child sexual abuse material involving naked minors and minors engaged in sexual activity” on the “unallocated space.”
He clarified that “unallocated space” is “basically a place that a file will go when a user deletes it, but it still stays on the hard drive.” The government said it was normal for a person who views child pornography to download it and then quickly delete it from the desktop.
They also revealed Duggar had a porn addiction from his family and friends. As we first reported, Duggar also reportedly used the same password to access the sick material that he did for Instagram.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Duggar is currently preparing his defense for his trial late
