Actress Alice Evans is demanding her estranged husband Ioan Gruffudd only receive visitation of their 2 kids — while he accuses her of threatening him and his new girlfriend.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, Alice is finally responding to Ioan’s divorce petition.
As we previously reported, back in March, Ioan filed for divorce after 13 years and 5 months of marriage. He listed the date of separation as January 1, 2021.
In his filing, the Fantastic Four actor cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. The couple share a 11-year-old daughter named Ella and a 7-year-old named Elsie.
He also requested joint custody of their children. Ioan claimed in his filing that he was “in the collaborative process” with Alice and intended to “fully resolve all issues including spousal support by written agreement.”
Now, Alice firing back at his requests for joint custody and demanding she be awarded primary custody. She also cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason.
The actress also asked for spousal support to be paid to her while Ioan’s right to support be terminated.

Alice also added an interesting footnote under the “separate property” section. “The exact nature and extent of [Alice’s] separate property assets and debts … and/or other property interests due to [Alice] from [Ioan] by way of recoupment, misappropriation, dissipation, diversion, surcharge, offset, breach of duty, etc. are currently under determination. When said determination is complete [Alice] shall amend her response.”
The actress' response was filed the same day Ioan filed for a restraining order against her. He is asking the court to order her to stay 100 yards away from him and his new girlfriend, Bianca Wallace.
In his petition, Ioan claims he told Alice he was ready to end their marriage in early 2021. The actor accuses his ex of losing it and threatening to "do what Amber Heard did to Johnny Depp."
“Alice told me verbally multiple times that she would do to me what Amber Heard did to Johnny Depp. Alice threatened to tell people I had abused her and our daughters; she threatened to call the police on me if I did not comply with her demands," he claims.
