Erika Jayne Yucking It Up For Bravo Cameras Hours After Lawyers Drop Bombshell In Tom Girardi's Bankruptcy About Orphans' Missing Millions
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne was spotted filming out and about in L.A. without a care in the world despite the investigation into her husband Tom Girardi's finances heating up.
Paparazzi caught the 50-year-old wannabe pop star filming with costar Dorit Kemsley for season 12.
In photos, Jayne is seen rocking a pink Fiorucci mini dress with a dark jean denim jacket. The cheerful appearance is interesting given she was likely notified by her lawyers of the drama going down in Girardi's bankruptcy.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, earlier this year, Jayne's husband and his law firm were forced into Chapter 7 bankruptcy. He is accused of running his firm like a Ponzi scheme for years and many of his clients claim he screwed them out of millions owed.
In one federal lawsuit, a law firm named Edelson claims Girardi screwed a group of orphans and widows out of $2 million. The firm worked on a case with Girardi against Boeing over a plane crash. A settlement was worked out but the family members claim they never were paid out by Girardi.
Edelson accuses Girardi of embezzling the money to help fund his lavish life with Jayne. He even accuses the Bravo star of filing a "sham" divorce in an attempt to hide assets.

Jayne has denied having any knowledge of her husband's alleged wrongdoing. She claims his law firm paid the bills for her company EJ Global for over a decade. However, she denies her husband ever transferred money directly into her bank accounts.
As we first reported, in an explosive court filing this week, Edelson says financial records they obtained prove money meant for the orphans was used directly by Girardi to pay Jayne's bills. The evidence is key for the firm that is trying to get permission to go after Jayne personally for the missing millions.
Jayne has yet to respond to the allegations brought by Edelson. She has demanded the $25 million lawsuit filed by the bankruptcy trustee be thrown out.
On the RHOBH reunion, when pressed by Andy Cohen, Jayne said she believes her husband's victims should receive any money they are owed.
