The exes now have until February to reach a deal or they could be headed to trial over the matter.
In her original divorce petition, Dewan demanded joint legal and physical custody of their daughter Everly. The judge signed off on the two being legally single in 2019 but they have been unable to settle the other issues of spousal support and the division of their property.
In the past, the two have been extremely nasty with each other. During the court case there has been accusations that both made coparenting difficult for the other.
