The woman who was arrested for breaking into Channing Tatum’s home is pleading for his restraining order to be dismissed.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, the woman — who we are not identifying by name — is asking the court for permission to be near Channing because she works in the entertainment industry.
Back in 2019, Channing had to take out a restraining order against the woman who broke into his Hollywood home. The pad was vacant at the time. The intruder stayed on the property for 10 days and even brought along her personal property.

The woman was found by one of Channing’s assistants who placed the woman under citizen’s arrest until police showed up. She told officers Channing had invited her stay but he claimed that was a lie.
At the time, the actor told police the woman had tried to contact him in the past. He believes she is not all there. The judge ended up granting Channing a restraining order for him, his ex-wife Jenna Dewan and their daughter. The order is set to expire in 2024.

In her new filing, the woman says, “I respectfully request to have my case reviewed to allow me to work again in the Art industry. I ask to be able to be in the same place than Channing Tatum when I work or take part to a Cinema/Television/Art/Circus/Promotional or artistic social event. I have no interest in contacting” Channing.
The woman says she wants to be able to gain employment without fear of being “penalized if” Channing and her cross paths. She claims to work as a aerial circus performer.
She wrote, “I will not contact Channing Tatum or his family indirectly or directly or take any action to obtain Channing Tatum’s address or location.” The woman says she has no issues staying 100 yards away from his home at all times.
The intruder also admitted breaking onto his property in 2018. “I regret what I did, I didn’t want to cause any emotional distress to Channing Tatum or his family,” she wrote.
The woman has attempted to modify the restraining order multiple times in the past. The court has shut her down every step of the way.
