Britney Spears' younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, has "righteously" claimed she's never taken money from the pop star.

But it turns out, Britney reportedly owns a penthouse condominium Jamie Lynn often occupies and has long insinuated belongs to her/her family unit, meaning it was likely the singer's hard-earned cash that funded the hefty purchase.

According to tax documents obtained and reviewed by The Sun, a property in Destin, Florida, is listed under Bridgmore Timber LLC, a company that Britney has owned since 2000.

Since 2012, Bridgemore Timber LLC been managed in part by the singer's father and conservator, Jamie Spears.

According to the outlet, both the company and the Destin condo are listed in conservatorship documents from 2009 as properties belonging to the pop star; therefore, it is believed that Jamie Lynn's Destin condo is the same one owned by her sister under her LLC.

The posh property – which the pop star purchased in 2001 – is reportedly worth over $1 million.

The Sun found no Florida properties listed for or belonging to Jamie Lynn.

The following year, she told CMT News she wrote her song, Sleepover, there.

"I host everyone at our condo," JLS said at the time. "We're pretty blessed with a big condo. It can sleep about ten people. We all have breakfast together, I plan a big dinner, and we have a space at the beach. And when we write, there's no pressure and no timeline, so the songs just kind of fall out. It's hard to call that work."

The 39-year-old hitmaker told Judge Brenda Penny she wanted out of the 13-year conservatorship, claiming her dad and his team had taken away her freedoms, forced her to work against her will, stolen her money, drugged her, and prevented her from getting married or having more children, among other atrocities.

Responding to critics who accused her of stealing from her sister, Jamie Lynn recently told her 2.2 million Instagram followers to "leave my broke ass alone."

In 2019, she made a similar remark to someone who said the actress sounded like a person who was about to lose her allowance.

"Haha nice try, but I have NEVER been paid a dime from my sister, that is HER hard earned money, and I am NOT entitled to a cent of it," JLS fired back. "I would not spend money I did not earn."
