Brian Laundrie's sister isn't fully confident her brother is innocent when it comes to the mystery surrounding Gabby Petito's homicide.
In a shockingly candid interview, Cassie Laundrie dropped her version of truth bombs and didn't seem to side with her quiet as a mouse family.
This is the first time that any of the Laundries have given a detailed interview. Cassie didn't hold back, answering every question that came her way including, "Did Brian kill Gabby?"
When a quick protestor asked Cassie point-blank about her brother's possible involvement in Gabby's death, she response was telling. "I don't know," she stated.
"Do you think they're involved, your parents?" the protestor fired back, to which her answer again was "I don't know."
Standing on the front porch in a dress Cassie and her husband continued answering questions.
When confronted with the question of why her family did not help look for Gabby when she was first reported missing, Cassie's husband pipped up.
"We don't even know what they knew," he said.
Making sure the world knows that they have been allegedly cooperating with the FBI from the beginning, Cassie defended her camping trip with her family in early September and claimed agents knew she was there from the get-go.
She also went into detail about Brian's September 1 visit to her home, revealing it was quick and he showed up unannounced with her mother.
Cassie makes it clear — she allegedly knows nothing about what happened to Gabby or where her brother is.
Brian has been missing in action since he allegedly took off on a solo hiking trip in the Carlton Reserve on September 14, three days after Gabby was reported missing.
The engaged couple had been on a cross-country road trip to Wyoming when Brian showed up back home in their van without her. That was on September 1.
Gabby's body was found on September 19 in Bridger Teton National Forest, a park that she and Brian were said to have visited. The coroner ruled her death a homicide.
A manhunt has been underway for Brian since his disappearance. Dog The Bounty Hunter has joined the team in an attempt to close in on the missing fugitive.
Over the weekend, a hiker claims he spoke to Brian near the Appalachian Trail. According to the panicked 911 call, the man said Brian was driving a white truck and asking for directions to California.
That hiker is reportedly speaking to the FBI today.
