Blac Chyna rushed to court to present an explosive report from the Department of Family and Child Services who investigated whether her daughter Dream was being taken care of properly, which she feels will prove she never assaulted her ex, Rob Kardashian.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Chyna has informed the court she has new information that she feels warrants Rob’s lawsuit against her being thrown out.
Rob is suing her for alleged assault and battery while they were together. He claims she tried to choke him with an iPhone cord in 2016. She denies the assault and claims her actions were out of self-defense.
In newly filed documents, Chyna says during discovery she obtained a report that includes, “fatal, pre-lawsuit admissions by Rob that Chyna never physically abused him or committed any acts of domestic violence against him.”
Chyna says she recently got her hands on a copy of a report from the Department of Family and Child Services (“DCFS”) which included an interview with Rob. During the chat, Rob reportedly never mentioned anything about Chyna abusing him.
Further, she says videotape evidence proves Rob did not have a scratch on him (despite later claiming that he had been beaten by Chyna with a 6-foot metal pole on his face, neck, and arms.” Chyna points to Rob’s Snapchat and unaired footage from their reality show to back up her claim he had no marks on him.
She says Rob also didn’t seek medical treatment or suffer any loss of earnings for any alleged damages. Chyna says Rob’s request for $767,852 in damages should be denied.
A judge has yet to rule.
Back in 2017, Rob and his sister Kylie Jenner sued Chyna for assault and battery. In the court documents, he accused his baby mama of trying to choke him with an iPhone cord during a fight at Kylie’s home.
Rob claimed the incident went down on the night of December 14, 2016. He accused Chyna of being drunk and high on drugs when she attacked him.
At one point, he said Chyna called his friends on FaceTime while "carelessly playing with Rob's gun unaware if the gun was loaded or if the safety was on."
Later in the night, his lawsuit said, "Chyna lunged towards Rob with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle Rob with the cord around his neck." Rob said he was able to get away from her, but she "chased" after him. Once she caught up she "repeatedly struck him in the head and face."
Kylie was a plaintiff over the alleged damage to her home. She said the repairs cost over $100,000. She also said Chyna taunted her by texting her to get tested for STD’s because Kylie was dating her ex Tyga. Months later, she dismissed all claims against Chyna but Rob continued his fight.
Rob is suing for the alleged injuries he suffered. Chyna denies all allegations of wrongdoing. She says her ex was not harmed by her during the altercation.
Further, she says her actions were “caused and necessitated by the actions of Plaintiffs, and was reasonable and necessary for Defendant’s self-defense and defense of others”
At the one, Chyna is taking on Rob in a separate lawsuit against her ex and his family. She accuses them of conspiring together to get E! executives to cancel her reality show “Rob & Chyna.”
