Blac Chyna Says Unaired Reality Show Footage Shows Rob Kardashian Wasn't Assaulted By Her, Wants His Lawsuit Dismissed

Blac Chyna says she has video proof that her baby daddy Rob Kardashian is lying about her assaulting him.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Chyna is asking a judge to throw out the case brought by her ex. He is seeking $767,852 in damages from the model.

Rob says she tried to choke him with an iPhone cord during a fight at Kylie Jenner’s home on December 14, 2016. He says she struck him in the head and face with a 6-foot metal pole.

She denies the claims she assaulted Rob. Chyna says her actions were done in self-defense.

Chyna says there is enough evidence to dismiss the case before it heads to trial. Her lawyer writes, “Rob also contends that the 5’2” Chyna wrapped an iPhone cord around his neck. Rob testified that the cord was around his neck for a “few seconds.”

Chyna testified that she was joking with Rob and had no intention to harm him.”

She said, “A video of Rob that he posted on Snapchat within one to two days of the alleged “assault” shows no marks, cuts, or bruises on his face or neck.”

Chyna says Rob also filmed for Keeping Up with the Kardashians soon after the alleged “assault.” In the episode, Rob talks to Kim Kardashian and Corey Gamble about Chyna. She claims, “Rob is not limping and shows no signs of an alleged “beating with a 6-foot metal pole” by Chyna.”

The motion said, “When asked about her alleged violent conduct on December 14, 2016, Rob testified, in part, “It’s just, when you’re drunk, people do dumb things.”

In addition, Chyna says she recently obtained a report from the Department of Family and Child Services. The officials interviewed Rob about his daughter Dream. Chyna says at no point did he mention any abuse to the investigators.

Chyna is asking the judge to grant her motion and close the case.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Chyna is also fighting Rob and his family in a separate lawsuit she brought over the cancelation over her reality show. In her complaint, she accuses the family of conspiring together to get her fired by the E! network. She believes they spread lies about her to executives and had production on Rob & Chyna shut down.

The Kardashians deny the claims. The court has sided with Chyna so far and allowed her case to proceeded. The parties are headed to trial in the near future.
