Blac Chyna Ordered To Turn Over OnlyFans Records To Khloé Kardashian

Khloé Kardashian scored a small victory in her legal battle with Blac Chyna — with a judge ordering Rob Kardashian’s ex-fiancée to turn over financial documents.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted a request brought by Khloé that demanded Chyna hand over certain records relating to her OnlyFans income and money made from her music career.
Khloé had been demanding the records claiming the information is relevant to the case at hand.
Chyna initially scoffed at the request arguing Khloé didn’t have a right to the information. “[Khloé and her family] have cited no authority, nor can they, to compel the production of documents relating to earnings from a career/job skill not held by the [Chyna] at the time of the injury caused by the defendants," Chyna's powerhouse lawyer Lynne Ciani argued.
“Although Khloe Kardashian incessantly meddled in her brother’s life in 2016 and 2017 and had asked Rob why he hadn’t ever slept with a “Khloe Kardashian look-alike,” Khloe Kardashian is not permitted to seek discovery for a cause of action that has not been asserted against her,” her motion read.
Further, Chyna called Khloé’s attempts to see the content she posted on OF and her related earnings “not only highly disturbing and entirely baseless, it also proves that Khloe Kardashian’s obsession with [Chyna’s] sexuality and her private matters has never subsided.”
The judge sided with Khloé ordering Chyna to turn over the OF records — along with certain therapy documents and answers on income she earned from her music career.
As we previously reported, Chyna is suing her ex Rob along with her former BFF Kim Kardashian, his mother Kris Jenner, and his other sisters Khloé & Kylie.
Chyna accuses the family of spreading lies that she abused Rob in an attempt to convince E! execs to cancel her show, Rob & Chyna.
In her suit, she claims family members even threatened to stop filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians unless Chyna was axed.
Chyna claims Kris told people Chyna ‘beat the s--- out of Rob’s face” to the Rob & Chyna showrunner and an EP at Bunin Murray Production — along with E!/NBC Universal execs.
The suit claims Kris told Kim who then instructed her sisters to repeat the alleged lie to E! execs.
Rob & Chyna ended up being canceled which ended up costing Chyna $740k — she was promised $92,500 per episode for season 2. She believes she lost tens of millions more on top of that.
Chyna is suing Rob for posting photos of her naked online after their 2017 breakup. She is suing him for the harm he caused by releasing the snap to his 9 million followers.
The case is headed to trial on April 15.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, last month, Rob dropped his lawsuit accusing Chyna of assault days before the trial. She is now demanding he pay her court costs totaling $45k plus attorney fees — claiming she was forced to defend herself for years against his "false" accusations.
