Bill Cosby’s accuser Andrea Constand, who was at the center of his criminal case, is upset the disgraced comedian is back at home tonight.
The 48-year-old former basketball player spoke out following the shocking court decision earlier today overturning his sexual assault conviction.
Constand said the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's ruling is “disappointing" and is concerned it will stop other victims from coming forward.
“It may discourage those who seek justice for sexual assault in the criminal justice system from reporting or participating in the prosecution of the assailant or may force a victim to choose between filing either a criminal or civil action,” she said.
Constand claims Cosby assaulted her at his Pennsylvania home in 2004. She was friends with the comedian and went over to his house after a night out. She reportedly told him she was stressed out.
She claimed the former sitcom star gave her 3 blue pills which he claimed were over-the-counter Benadryl. Constand says she became semiconscious and was unable to move.
She testified that he proceeded to touch her breasts and body while she laid there. Cosby reportedly forced her hand on his penis.
Constand reported the alleged assault months later. The District Attorney at the time decided not to press charges. Cosby later paid his accuser a reported $3.2 million to settle a civil lawsuit.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, earlier today, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Cosby was screwed over when he was charged over the 2004 incident in 2015.
