Angelina Jolie Spotted On Sushi Date With Kids Zahara & Pax As She Gears Up For War With Ex Brad Pitt

Angelina Jolie hit the town with her daughter Zahara & son Pax for a rare public family outing, only months ahead of her court battle with ex Brad Pitt.
The actress, who stars in the upcoming Marvel film The Eternals, was photographed leaving a West Hollywood sushi restaurant. Jolie and her daughter wore matching black ensembles, while Pax rocked a fitted plaid long-sleeve shirt.
Earlier this month, Jolie was snapped leaving an L.A. flower shop with her daughter Vivienne. Sources told Radar, Pitt's daughter looked "sad" during the outing and her mother tried to console her. A couple of weeks prior, Jolie & Pitt's son, Maddow, was even seen out and about having lunch with a friend.
The public appearances are extremely interesting for a normally extremely private star.
Over the past couple of years, Jolie and her kids have rarely been photographed by the paparazzi. It’s interesting that the cameramen have been able to track down Jolie and her offspring this month.
It’s even more curious given Jolie is set to fight her ex-Pitt in court later this year. The former couple is still fighting over custody and support of their 6 kids.
Their oldest son Maddox is considered an adult and can make his own decisions. Jolie and Pitt are arguing over who gets primary custody of their other 5 kids, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne.
Recently, Jolie notified the court she plans to present evidence of Pitt's alleged domestic violence in their upcoming trial. Sources say she plans on bringing up the infamous 2016 airplane incident involving Pitt and then 15-year-old Maddox.
The Department of Child and Family Services investigated Pitt over the incident. However, they found no evidence of abuse after speaking to several witnesses. A source told Us Weekly, “Maddox has already given testimony as [an] adult in the ongoing custody dispute and it wasn’t very flattering toward Brad.”
Sources close to Pitt believe Jolie is being “spiteful” and trying to do anything to hurt him. The trial is set to start in December.
