Akon's Girlfriend Rozina Negusei, Not His Wife, Joining 'Real Housewives Of Atlanta'
Akon’s girlfriend Rozina Negusei is set to start shooting the Bravo show after the musician’s wife was originally rumored to be joining the cast.
Love B. Scott broke the story, Rozina, who is the mother to 2 of Akon’s children, will be a part of Real Housewives of Atlanta season 14.
Rozina is a close friend of Sheree Whitfield, who producers decided to bring back as a full-time cast member after being a friend for season 13.
The news of Rozina being added comes after an initial report claimed the new cast member was Akon's wife, Tomeka Thiam.
Akon has previously expressed not being a fan of monogamy and reportedly talked about his father having multiple wives. In 2013, Akon said, "Women aren't built to mate with more than one party ... men are. As a male, we're natural breeders by nature."
After the reports broke, Tomeka took to Instagram to deny she was the one cast. She wrote, "I promise I am legally married to Kon. I'm a very private person and if there is a fake wife joining the show It's definitely not his real wife. These wives whoever they are be ALL” with a blue baseball cap which indicates someone is lying.
She ended. “It's definitely not ME!”

It appears Tomeka will not be pleased once she finds out that Rozina will be in front of the camera.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, producers are bringing back Kenya Moore, Drew Sidora, and Marlo Hampton. Love B. Scott also broke the second new cast member is Olympian Sanya Richards-Ross.
Producers are reportedly trying out Sanya and will decide if she will be one of the main cast members a couple of weeks into filming.
Sources tell us Porsha Williams is not appearing on the show because she is currently filming a spin-off with her new fiancé Simon Guobadia for Bravo. The two have already started filming and were spotted in Las Vegas over the weekend.
Cynthia is not working on another show and was not asked back due to her boring storylines.
