Akon's Wife Tomeka Shuts Down Rumors She's Replacing Porsha Williams On 'Real Housewives Of Atlanta'

Akon’s wife is scoffing at reports she decided to start shooting for Bravo and throwing shade at any girl connected to her husband joining RHOA.
Tomeka Thiam woke up this morning to stories about her being a part of season 14 of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
One report claimed she had been cast by producers to take Porsha Williams or Cynthia Bailey’s spot. The story was quickly picked up by fan accounts and other websites.
However, it turns out the whole thing was a lie. Tomeka took to Instagram to post a photo of the story with a harsh caption. She said, “I promise I am legally married to Kon. I'm a very private person and if there is a fake wife joining the show It's definitely not his real wife. These wives whoever they are be ALL” with a blue baseball cap which is used to say someone is lying. She ended. “It's Definitely not ME!”
Akon has previously spoken out about not believing in monogamy. In 2013, he said, "Women aren't built to mate with more than one party ... men are. As a male, we're natural breeders by nature."
He added, "At the end of the day as a male we are natural breeders by nature. We can't even escape it if we wanted to."
It's unclear if Akon has another partner who considers herself his wife that may be joining but it is definitely not Tomeka.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the producers for RHOA decided to shake up the cast this season. Fan-favorite Porsha Williams will no longer be on the show as she is focused on a spin-off with her family for Bravo. The network also decided not to ask Cynthia Bailey back for another go after a boring couple of seasons.
We're told Sheree Whitfield will be making a comeback this season along with returning cast members Kenya Moore, Drew Sidora, and Marlo Hampton.
Olympian Sanya Richards-Ross is set to be the newest cast member brought on to try and spice it up. The news of her joining was first reported by B. Scott. Sources told the outlet, producers will decide whether to make her a full-time cast member after the first couple weeks of shooting.
