1000-Lb. Sisters star Tammy Slaton reeked of marijuana when she was in a car that was pulled over by Kentucky police for speeding, according to a police report exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.
As we previously reported, Slaton was cited on August 4 for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
In the police report, officers noted that Slaton was a passenger in a car pulled over for speeding while driving in the city of Sturgis, KY. The incident went down at around 5:15 p.m.
The officer said that he could “smell marijuana coming from the vehicle when” he made contact with the driver. He said Slaton was the passenger in the vehicle and “admitted to having marijuana in her purse.”
“In her purse was a glass jar containing approximately an ounce or more of marijuana,” the report said.
According to court documents, Slaton recently completed a court-ordered Marijuana Education Program. As a result, the case was deferred for 6 months. As long as Slaton stays out of trouble during that time, the charges will be dismissed completely.
The citation came weeks after Slaton’s husband Caleb Willingham died at the age of 40. The reality star announced the news writing, “"Rip sweet angel. You will forever be missed and loved so much thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness [sic].”
Slaton opened up about Willingham’s tragic death on TikTok.
"I hate getting on here and letting everyone see me like this," she said.
She told fans, "Yeah we were having problems, but I loved that man. I still do. I miss him like crazy."
The 36-year-old said, "We're not going to get into the details of what happened. I think that, no offense, but it's really personal."
"I'm aware he's looking down at me," she said. "You know, he's not in any pain anymore. I know he's in a better place. Again, thank you all, and I love you from the bottom of my heart. And believe it or not, he really loved you all, too."
