Controversial Bachelor finalist Victoria Fuller has another scandal under her belt, The Sun has discovered.
The Virginia-raised medical sales rep, 26, was once arrested for driving under the influence before joining the ABC dating show. The DUI arrest took place on August 25, 2017.
Fuller — now a frontrunner to win Peter Weber’s heart — was held in the Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Office’s custody from 6:45 a.m. to 9:23 a.m. following her wild night out. In her mugshot, she looks dazed and confused; her hair is tousled, and she has dark makeup under her eyes.
She pled guilty to DUI, according to the outlet, and was sentenced to 365 days in jail. Her time behind bars was later suspended and she was instead ordered to pay a $250 fine and $211 in court costs.
Court documents obtained by The Sun show that Fuller had a restricted license for one year. She was also ordered to supervised probation for one year and unsupervised general good behavior for two years. She had to remain sober during the 24-month period.

RadarOnline.com readers know Fuller has made plenty of headlines during her time on The Bachelor.
The Virginia Beach native was first blasted for sporting a T-shirt with the words “White Lives Matter,” while on a fishing trip with the company We Love Marlins. She eventually apologized for her involvement and insisted there was no racist intent behind the shirt. Still, Cosmopolitan Editor-in-Chief Jessica Pels pulled the cover Fuller was set to appear on with Weber, 28, due to the controversy.
During filming, Fuller also received backlash after she ran into her famous ex Chase Rice during a one-on-one date with Weber. In front of the cameras, Fuller said she dated the country singer prior to meeting Weber and didn’t want to tell him because she didn’t want to ruin the moment. In a later interview, however, Rice, 34, said he barely knew Fuller and only spent one night with her in North Carolina.
