Jennifer Lopez may have a full squad of backup dancers for her epic upcoming Super Bowl halftime show, but her biggest cheerleader may be her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez.
As J. Lo continues to rehearse and prepare for the concert during the big game on February 7, A-Rod is sharing behind-the-scenes videos online, most recently posting a clip of Lopez, 50, grooving to some music in a tight, abs-bearing two-piece outfit.
“This is how I feel about Christmas shopping ❤️” Rodriguez, 44, captioned the Instagram post. “Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
Earlier in the day, the former Yankee slugger shared a clip that featured his love and a dance crew of young girls screaming in excitement over the promise of ice cream.
The big performance seems to be turning into a family affair, as A-Rod also posted a picture of himself – with a cane – sitting next to his 15-year-old daughter, Natasha, his eldest child with ex Cynthia Scurtis.
“Super Bowl rehearsal with Natasha. These days it’s the only way I can get her to spend time with her old man (see cane), but I’ll take it,” he jokingly captioned the photo.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, things have been moving fast for Lopez and Rodriguez, who got engaged in March 2019.
Friends tell RadarOnline.com exclusively the two are busy planning a wedding for early in 2020, in the backyard of their lavish L.A. home, which just so happens to already feature a 100-seat tiered outdoor amphitheater, complete with outdoor cocktail bar for guests.
“Jen’s place is perfect as a venue,” the friend told RadarOnline.com. “And they get to keep it classy and private.”
The lovebirds have already been partying with friends and family in L.A., hosting an engagement party in September. Now friends are convinced the actual exchanging of “I Do’s” could take place anytime after Super Bowl Sunday.
“Right now they’re figuring out the best time but both have their hearts on doing this by the end of spring,” the source revealed. “If not sooner.”
