It’s over.
Joe Giudice is going to leave ICE custody as soon as possible, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s husband’s request to lift a stay of removal was granted.
“The appeals court is in fact granting to lift the stay of removal,” an official at the Third Circuit Court exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
According to a source close to the situation, Joe’s days in the United States are numbered.
“It’s over,” the source told RadarOnline.com, explaining that he will be heading to Italy shortly.
“He will be leaving this week or next,” the insider said about Joe’s imminent departure.
He has been housed in the miserable Clinton County Correctional Facility, an ICE Detention Center in Pennsylvania since March 2019 and the insider told RadarOnline.com that the deplorable conditions have warn him out.
“They broke him in there, and he can’t take it anymore,” the source said about Joe, who made a “Hail Mary” play asking the judge to allow him to go home to his family in New Jersey as he awaited his deportation appeal decision.

“He lost so much weight, about 80 pounds,” an onlooker told RadarOnline.com about his appearance via teleconference at his Sept. 11 hearing. “He looked sickly, and sad.”
RadarOnline.com first revealed Joe, 49, was so desperate to leave a miserable ICE facility, he was willing to leave his wife Teresa and four daughters behind to live in Italy if his bond request was denied. (His desperate plea for freedom in the U.S. was shut down on September 20.)
“It’s been horrible, and he doesn’t want to rot away there any longer,” a family insider told RadarOnline.com on September 10.
Teresa has admitted that she didn’t want a “long-distance” relationship with Joe and RadarOnline.com previously reported that she was spotted at a lawyer’s office in January.
